Packaging
Every order from Sip & Vinyl Studio is packaged with care to ensure your handcrafted glassware arrives safely. We use protective wrapping and sturdy boxes — your order also arrives gift-ready, perfect for gifting straight from the box.
Fragile Items
All of our products are made from glass and are packed with extra care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
