Is your glassware dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing all of our handmade glassware to help preserve the design and extend the life of your cup. Avoid prolonged soaking or abrasive scrubbers.

Do your cups come with lids and straws?

Yes. All glass cups include a natural bamboo lid and reusable glass straw unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Are the designs custom or can I request one?

All current designs are available directly through the shop. For custom order inquiries, please reach out via our Contact page and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How is my order packaged?

Every order is carefully wrapped and packaged in a sturdy box to help protect your glassware during transit. Orders also arrive beautifully packaged and gift-ready, perfect for gifting straight from the box.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Visit our Shipping Policy page for additional details.

Do you ship within the U.S. only?

Yes. At this time, Sip & Vinyl Studio ships within the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make modifications.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage through our Contact page and we’ll make it right.

Do you offer gift-ready packaging?

Yes. Every order is packaged with care and arrives ready for gifting, making our glassware perfect for birthdays, coffee lovers, bridesmaids, holidays, or treating yourself.
